Guitar Coach is a guitar tuner, metronome and chord reference. We designed it to need as little of your data as possible — in fact, it needs none.
The tuner uses your device's microphone to measure the pitch of the notes you play. All audio is analysed in real time, entirely on your device. Audio is never recorded, never stored, and never transmitted to us or to any third party.
None. Guitar Coach has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.
Your preferences (theme, tuning, metronome settings) and any song sheets you create are saved locally on your device only, using your browser's local storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can remove it at any time by deleting the app or clearing its data.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
